High-volume hiringJoin our admissions team and help working professionals take the right step towards an AI-powered career. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, understand learner goals, and guide them through our AI certification programs.
What You'll Do
- Inbound & outbound calling for admissions
- Explain AI certification benefits to prospects
- Maintain CRM and follow-up pipeline
- Hit monthly enrolment targets
- Fast-track promotion in as little as 3 months
Requirements
- Fresher to 2 years experience
- Based in Bengaluru (or willing to relocate)
- Tamil / Malayalam / Kannada speaking preferred
- Strong communication skills
Founder's Office Associate
Work with the FounderWork directly with the founder across AI, Content, and Growth. You'll be responsible for building AI workflows, executing growth initiatives, developing content systems, and taking ownership of high-leverage projects that shape the direction of Alt India.
What You'll Do
- Build AI-powered internal workflows and automation
- Develop growth and distribution systems
- Own content strategy and execution
- Collaborate directly with the founder daily
